there was a fuzzy little puppy
and he only stood about so tall
Ran away from home on Christmas Eve
cause the children didn't want to play
And the toys that he was bringing them
to the folks passing by in the snowfall
But they didn't even see him after all
he only stood about so tall
Then all at once from high above,
someone spied him in the snow
A tiny reindeer pulling a sleigh,
and a little fat man saying ho, ho, ho
Three little faces looked sadly out the
window through the snowfall
Never even hung their stockings up
Still watching for Snowball
Dear Santa Claus, forget the toys
The ones we asked you for
Please just bring our Snowball home
And we'll be happy forevermore
They cried themselves to sleep
Then in the middle of the night
downstairs there came a knocking
someone had hung a stocking
Now guess what they found
So it looked like an ice cream cone
Twas a very merry Christmas after all,
Santa brought Snowball home.
Toys all around, but best of all,
