Yes, some of our A &R people
did not make it out to your show,
but this is what I heard from
somebody who knows somebody
that saw you one time ten years ago.
We believe that you just don't have what
it takes
to make it right now,
but if you make these small little changes,
I think we could have
some success
with you and your band.
First, the age thing, Evan,
it's really difficult to sign anything
that's over 16 years old,
so if you could just change your ages,
that would be the first thing.
The second thing is it doesn't seem like you have any
major radio market play yet,
so if you could just sell,
I guess, a few million records
and get some radio play,
I think there might be something
that we could work with there.
And finally, touring,
the companies that I'm dealing with,
Epic, Atlantic, Universal,
all owned by a company.
They feel like they really want to see
you touring a good 300 days out of the year
and making a shit ton of money out
of this
before we really can dive in
and set up some showcases for you.
