Jesus Christ is the champion of life
and living.
He's a message of love,
a message of giving.
Some say he's just a prophet,
a charismatic leader,
but if you really observe Jesus,
you will be a believer,
because Jesus Christ is real.
He's not a phony or fake.
He is God's word,
God's word holds no mistake.
He's not just some made -up mystery.
Go do your own research.
The Bible's backed up by history.
He lived a life which is very relevant,
and if you still don't believe me,
he was prophesied
back in the Old Testament.
The only person to always
show love
in the midst of those who hated him.
Had to answer every time
folks debated with Him.
No one else can even be rated with Him.
The only way we made
it is we made it with Him.
No one comes to the Father
but by Jesus Christ.
He is the example that I show,
loving your life.

He came down from heaven
and came off His throne to flesh
and bones
so that through Him God will be
known
and God's love will be shown,
the champion of life and living.
He experienced every temptation,
but He sinned not.
Instead, He chose to be patient.
He came to give light
to those who were lost.
For the joy set before Him,
He endured the cross.
Pushed beyond the standards
of normal living conditions
the Bible even says he was
beaten beyond recognition

That's what was cheered.
They spit in his face
and plucked out his beard blind
for them
They struck him with the palm

and Jesus Christ show love
Jesus was a man
Spit in his face mocked him whipped him ripped
him constantly hit him
and in all this Jesus asked his father to
forgive them
There's no reason for anybody
to ever diss him
Just think what would you do in his position

But Jesus Christ my Savior and Lord
He is the Word of God
sharper than any two -edged sword
while we were gone and dead in the dust
Christ bled for us
By his stripes we were healed.
We live in the new covenant
and his blood is the seal
I don't care if you got a cold a flu
even have cancer
if Christ is the Lord of your life
You do have an answer
cuz in Christ we live by faith.
We don't live by how we feel
We have our prayers answered
if it agrees with his will
so, one might still wonder
if Christ is the champ of life's game.
Well, through enduring the shame,
now he has a name above every name,
and now we have access to eternal
life
through simply accepting Jesus Christ.
So when people ask me why Jesus
should be recognized
as the true Lord of all,
when he's been bitterly disrespected,

and there's been other so
-called gods
who have been wildly accepted,

I say because Jesus is the only one

who has been resurrected,
the champion of life and living.
