some (D minor) time he recently (C major) restarted

He (C major) says it has never really
helped him.
Sertraline can be used for
PTS (D minor) D (F major) and (C major) you may (F major) want to try
a hy (C major) drate (F major) that the dose to (C major) see
if it is elective.
(C minor) However (D minor) it (B flat major) is not (C major) you could
consider switching to
Mirtazapine. (F major)
(C major) He says he has not (E flat major) tried (B flat major) this
in (C major) the past.
Murtazapine does (F major) get used (C major) for
(F major) PTSD an (C major) d can (B flat major) help (D minor) with sleep. (B flat major) (C major)
He does report sleep difficulties
so is interested in this. (C minor)

(F major) ant physical health problems.
He said that (B flat major) whilst he has used alcohol significantly
in the past that he had not been drinking
for the past two months.
The breathalyzer did not show
any signs of alcohol today.
