The first recording of this song was by Ronnie Burns in Australia. It was a top 20 hit for him in Australia in July 1967. The Abi and Esther Ofarim version was also out in mid (C major) 1967 on a (G major) (C major) (G major) single. (C major) (G major) They worked mainly in Europe,
