Verse 1
C#m
I set my (C sharp minor) eyes to the west,
walking away from it all
C#m
Reaching for (C sharp minor) what lies ahead,
I got my eye on it
C#m
I see my (C sharp minor) sweat hit the ground
I put my foot in the block
C#m
This is the (C sharp minor) race of my life
And I can't wait for this shot
C#m
'Cause (C sharp minor) I can feel the wind at my back
Chest is pumping like a heart attack
C#m
(C sharp minor) Feet are moving and my mind is locked

Barre chords ask a lot of the fretting hand. The barre course walks through hand position, pressure, and the cleanest way to land each shape. Practice barre chords

Most chord-change problems come from the strumming hand, not the fretting hand. The basic strumming course covers the patterns and timing that make any chord progression easier to play. Practice basic strumming
