We kicked the door down,
and a man was in there.
He went to get us,
but picked a chair up and threw it at him,
started booting at him,
and knifed him and everything.
When we got out there, we thought we'd
go and have a bit of a spend -out,
and I bought some new boots
and braces and some
Levi's stay -press.
I was sitting indoors with a cup of tea,
and there was a knock on the door, and it was the law.
And me mum said to him, come in,

Then they accused me,

Anyhow, we were proven guilty
and I got two years in
Borgstall.
They gave me these rotten old clothes,
they had numbers on all the time.
Bar of soap and a towel,
they had a number on them all.
They had a razor and a couple of blades which were blunt,
anyhow.
And they gave me my number, 5360.
A geezer come round here, a governor, and he says I've got a friend,
if you're good and that, you can go down and visit here with him.
He's got a nice swimming pool down here,
some of boys go down here.
